Refund policy

Just email adrian@thewebscrapingguy.com and I'll refund you.

Delivery policy

Most of digital products are delivered instantly. Freelance work is delivered in the time agreed upon between me and you.

Return policy

There is no return policy for digital products, but I can refund you. For freelance work, if you are not satisfied with the work, I will do my best to fix it. If you are still not satisfied, I will refund you.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel any time. Just email adrian@thewebscrapingguy.com and I'll cancel any subscriptions you have.

1. Introduction

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Web Scraping Guy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
